2023 Honda Odyssey Redesign– One of the best minivans on the market, the Honda Odyssey, is reportedly getting a minor overhaul for next year. A new model called the 2023 Honda Odyssey should introduce a more handsome styling, and it will drive a new Global truck platform.
In case you didn’t know, this platform is currently used on models like the Acura MDX, Honda Pilot, and Honda Ridgeline. However, the manufacturer will also make some changes inside, adding more premium materials and better technology. As for the engine, this minivan will likely continue to use the same 3.5-liter V6 engine, producing 280 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft of torque. There are also rumors that the next generation could also receive some sort of electrification.
2023 Honda Odyssey Redesign
The Honda Odyssey 2023 spy shots are available, and they reveal minor changes to its body. First of all, the next-generation model will look even more handsome thanks to a few upgrades here and there. We immediately notice the new black wheels and sharper lines on the sides.
There’s currently one image on the rear, and as we can see, the upcoming Honda Odyssey features new LED taillights and a revised bumper. Unfortunately, the model being spied on was wearing camo, and we didn’t notice any other changes clearly.
2023 Honda Odyssey Interior
Honda Odyssey 2023 is one of my favorite minivans because it comes with a modern and spacious interior. Unlike its competitors, this minivan is accessible with seven or eight seats. There’s a lot of room, and cargo space can be extended from 32.8 to 158 cubic feet. The LX as a section level model has extraordinary hardware.
Inside, you’ll find power-adjustable front seats (8-way for driver, 4-way for passenger), an 8-inch infotainment system, and plenty of driver-assist features. Other available options include a rear-seat entertainment system, heated/ventilated front seats, leather seating surfaces, wireless charging, and front/rear parking sensors.
2023 Honda Odyssey Engine
The Honda Odyssey 2023 is a minivan that will likely continue to use the same engine as the previous one. Many believe that the next-generation Odyssey could use some sort of electrification to keep up with
contenders. The ongoing model is accessible with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb.- ft of force. This unit sends capacity to the front wheels through a smooth 10-speed programmed transmission.
Sadly, there is still no word about the all-wheel drive. Be that as it may, assuming you are looking for a model with AWD, look at rivals like the Toyota Sienna or Chrysler Pacifica.
2023 Honda Odyssey Price & Release Date
As mentioned, the Honda Odyssey 2023 was recently spied on testing heavy camouflage. Anyway, we believe that the final product will be introduced sometime next year, while sales will start soon after.
Unlike the previous generation, the new generation will use Honda’s Global truck platform which is also available with models such as the Acura MDX, Honda Pilot, and Honda Ridgeline models. The Odyssey currently costs $33,000, and it could go as high as $50,000 for the top Elite variant. Other than that, we expect the new one to stay in the same price range.
